Below are a few sample emails that we recommend emailing to your customers if you want to add a few extra testimonials to your website. Please ‘season to taste’ to make sure the email matches your normal email style.

#1: Professional email

Subject: Jim – A quick thank you from the [Company] team!

Email body:

Jim,

I wanted to reach out to let you know that working with you on [Project XYZ] has been a pleasure. It’s customers like you that make what we do here at [Company XYZ] worthwhile and rewarding. I truly appreciate you and your team.

We are working toward showcasing businesses who have completed projects with us like yours on our website. I was wondering if you’d be interested in being featured in a video testimonial or case study? We plan to add featured companies to our [Website Page] in the near future and your business instantly came to mind.

If you’d be willing to be a part of this page in the form of a video testimonial, please follow this link which will lead you to our video testimonial submission form. I have provided some more information on the form for you to take a look at. Also, moving forward, I would love to feature your company as one of our case studies. Please let me know if this is something you’d like to be a part of!
