Special Page Templates

SiteSpot uses special page templates to add additional functionality to websites. These templates allow greater flexibility in designs, without over-complicating things for new users.

Below is a list of these special templates, and their use cases.

_footer

Creating a page template with the footer “_footer” will override the existing website footer and replace it with the template. This will only activate if you have footer widgets and footer layout set to ‘none’.

_header

Creating a page template with the header”_header” will override the existing website header and replace it with the template.

_mobile_call_now

The _mobile_call_now template will create a template that is ‘sticky’ to the bottom of the view on mobile phones. This template is useful for calls to action specifically for mobile. e.g. Call now buttons
